Venues using Visitor Master can optionally connect their own Google Drive account so signed liability waivers are automatically saved as PDF files into a folder of their choice.
Visitor Master only ever creates files inside the folder the venue nominates — it cannot read, modify or delete any other content in the venue’s Drive. The data accessed via Google APIs is used solely to save waiver PDFs to that folder. It is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. This complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements for API services.
